Does it cost anything to be listed in the directory or attend a meetup? No. We are committed to keeping the H.E.A.R.T. Directory & Meetups free for all participants, forever.

I made a profile, can I edit it? Yes! Click here to login to your dashboard. You should have received an email with your login and password which were auto-generated during the sign up process.

Will H.E.A.R.T. Meetup facilitators be compensated in any way? No. Facilitators won’t be compensated and are not allowed to charge for their meetups. This is a volunteer position.

Who will be providing the curriculum for the meetups? In the beginning Emily Fontes of Grow Your Birth Business will be providing the curriculum for all faciliatators. As H.E.A.R.T. grows we hope that other business specialists will participate in providing curriculum.

Can anyone attend a H.E.A.R.T. Birth Business meetup? Any birth or baby professional who takes the H.E.A.R.T. Birth Business Pledge can attend a meetup.

Do you have a Facebook group or page? No. While Facebook is a powerful tool, it shouldn’t replace face to face relatioships. H.E.A.R.T. is committed to shifting our community towards in person mentoring. It’s time to get out from behind our screens and make meaningful connections.

How will you select the facilitators? For the most part it will be on a first come, first served basis. A panel will review each application, Google you, look you up on Facebook and review all those interactions for alignment with the H.E.A.R.T. Birth Business Pledge. We are specifically looking for people with excellent business skills.
